A Novel Surrounding :)

Hello all, tired already? Haha, me either. Im going to sleep after this, definitely ;)
Well now i would like to share about my new surroundings here in Kuching :)
I lived in my aunty's home, together with her daughters named Susan and Margareta, my friend Ferdy and a girl named Sharon. We were all Indonesians.
Well, at first, we dont even talk a bit, but as time goes by, slow but sure I tried to launch some jokes and they laughed and true! my plan worked ! They are now more responsive than before :p
And now we usually have a chat during lunch or dinner :)
It helps a lot to adjust yourself in a place far away from your hometown, though :D
Oh yea, i forgot to mention one name, Yana. She is the eldest daughter of my aunty. :D
She went to UGM, in Jogjakarta, Indonesia. Haha.. What else yah, dunno already, nite then ! See you next time :)

Nipponese!

Well yesterday afternoon a nipponese came to my aunty's home and his name is Masato Shiina. He's eight years old but his english is quite good already. He is really a talkative boy, damn I wondered why he could keep talking like a radio broadcaster. :))
By the way I did ask him some terms in japan *taking benefits :p
I called him 'Kroco' and he keeps questioning me about that term. " is it a good word? Or is it a bad word? What does it mean? " i laughed but didnt tell him. Well I asked him to memorize the term haha..
Okay that's all, happy tuesday ! :)

Tutorial !

I have had my HBH110N ( Organization and Management ) tutorial last thursday, and the tutor was Mrs. Karen.
First thing we did during the tutorial is Icebreaking activity. This activity was designed to let us know each other. We introduced ourself in front of the class and so on. Unfortunately i couldn't memorize some names.
Next Mrs. Karen arranged the class into the smaller groups to work in the questions provided in the tutorial sheet. I've made friends with all the members in that group and guess what, i was appointed to be the leader :))
Later on, we moved to session called "Project Team Showcase". This time, we joint force and formed a larger group consist of 24 members.
The tutor wrote down some things that we should do while afterward she left the class. Firstly we discussed who is going to be the leader. Im in man, umm i mean, i was one of the candidate. Secondly, all the candidates went out from the room to let the remaining members vote :)
And lastly, I got 7 votes, defeated by a dane named Simon. He got 9 votes. Well I thought im gonna win if this election was held in melbourne hahaha :D
Well thats it, goodbye :p

Lecturer in my eyes xD

Well, im taking International Business major in swinburne.
In my first semester, i was enrolled in 4 UoS ( unit of study ) which are :
1. Accounting for Managers,
2. Introduction to Business Law,
3. Organization & Management, and
4. Microeconomics :)

I got two female and two male lecturers. In my OPINION, they have different teaching style, but all of us, including myself, have our own perspective about what teaching style that suits us :)
In this case, im gladly relieve to get 3 lecturers that suit my learning method, while the only remaining lecturer is really confusing :O
He tends to talk slowly, softly and stop. Then he start talking again, with louder voice for a moment, and he goes back to his soft voice. =='
It pulls no interest for the majority of us ( my colleagues ). Well we couldnt change him yet change ourself easily but we will try. Hell yeah man !! \m/

I have it, so do you :)

Something that makes us feel inconvenient must be something that has an ability to reveal our weakness. :D

Dont attempt to escape, coz sooner or later they would be able to recognize ur weakness. So it would be better for us to tell them directly, because it will give us higher percentage to retrieve their acceptance :)) Besides, hiding weakness will grant nothing but to curb our development process during this critical stage :)

Dare to try :)

Hello guys, good morning !
